Unit 2 Relaxation exercise reflection

I have to say that when I first started listening to the relaxation exercise I thought it would put me to sleep before I got half way through, but the truth is after listening to the whole thing and following the directions as I went along, by the time it was over I felt refreshed. I believed that the tone of the voice of the man speaking would relax me a little too much, but it seems that it was just what I needed. As a matter of fact, I saved the file to my desktop so I can easily find it and use it in the future.

    I felt the same way, and I think I got a little too relaxed! I was ready to go to sleep, I wish that I could say the same, that I was refreshed after hearing it all. I guess soothing voices are my weakness when it comes to relaxing. I would definitely try it again when I have had more coffee! :D

  2. Well, at least you relaxed! I don't do very well just sitting and listening. I'm a very active person, so I didn't feel like it benefited me as much as I would have liked, but maybe I should try it again.
