So this is it. The last post for this course. What I would like to know is, is anyone going to continue these blogs after the course is over? If so, I would appreciate it if you could post a comment to me so I can continue to check in from time to time to see how things are going.
As far as my progress is concerned, I feel that I have made some improvements troughout the course of this term. During unit 3 I posted that I felt at that point my physical well-being would have been scored a 6 out of 10. I would have to say that I have made some improvement and would give myself a new score of 7 out of 10. I feel that I have been doing better about getting more physical activity daily and I want to continue to do so. I still have some work to do, but I am showing improvement and am going to keep working to attain my goals.
Spiritually, I scored myself 2 out of 10 during unit 3. I would say that now I am probably at about a 5 out of 10. This is the area where I have shown the most improvement, but it was also the area where I needed the most improvement. The exercises during this course have helped greatly with the growth I have experienced in this area. I plan to continue on this path and continue to grow spiritually.
When it comes to my psychological well-being, I scored a 5 out of 10 before. Now, I would say that I am at a 7 out of 10. I feel that the things I have learned throughout this course has helped me to cope with things better. I was dealing with some pretty stressful thingsa throughout the term as well as many others have during the course and the techniques we have practiced have helped me to learn to relax and not let stress take over when things get tough.
I feel that I have made good progress through the term and I plan to keep going. I have been sticking to my plans and working toward achieving my goals I have set. I have not yet attained my goals but I have not given up and I am continuing to work toward reaching those goals.
I hope that everyone has made improvement toward their optimal well-being and continue to work hard to reach their goals.
